In accordance with the legal documents, manuals, procedures provided and based on policies and information provided by Shopify, we will respond to all incoming messages to Gorgias, and we will modify and track orders in Shopify at the request of end customers.
This way, we can ensure that your responses are accurate and that your customers receive the same customer service experience across all channels.

Customer Service:
- Up to 300 tickets
- All incoming tickets are taken into account
- *Business hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00-20:00 hrs. – Pending items are reviewed at 08:00 and 20:00 hrs. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. *This is based on our highest traffic statistics for an e-commerce site in Mexico.

- Access to customer service channels:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- WhatsApp - Point of contact for verification or payment issues
- Access to packages
- Admin access for concentrators
- Account number for individual packages (DHL, Estafeta, etc.)
- Legal documents
- Our responses and actions with customers will be based on this documentation.
Delivery times:
The first meeting to receive business information and access will be scheduled within the next 72 business hours after completing the first payment.
